The Social Media Manager will plan, create, and publish content across social media platforms to build brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth. Daily responsibilities include developing content calendars, coordinating with designers and writers, managing posting schedules, and monitoring platform performance and community interactions. The role involves analyzing metrics, optimizing campaigns, responding to comments and messages, and staying current with social media trends and platform updates.
The Social Media Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to align social media activities with broader marketing and business objectives.\nQualifications\nStrong social media marketing and social media optimization (SMO) skills, with hands-on experience managing brand accounts across major platforms.\nProficiency in content strategy and writing, including planning content calendars and crafting clear, engaging copy for social channels.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and messaging for different audiences and platforms.\nExperience using social media analytics and reporting tools to track performance, derive insights, and recommend improvements.\nAbility to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.\nFamiliarity with paid social advertising, basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express), and community management best practices is preferred.\nBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
