Art Director – Brand, Social & Presentations
Function: Brand, Creative & Content
Thrillophilia is looking for an Art Director who can take our creative output to a completely different level across brand campaigns, social media, creator content, pitch decks, presentations, digital creatives and visual storytelling.
This is not a routine graphic designer role.
We are looking for someone with a strong visual arts, fine arts, design or advertising background, someone who understands composition, visual hierarchy, mood, typography, colour, storytelling, references, photography, illustration and brand aesthetics at a deep level.
The person should be able to create masterclass presentations, standout social media creatives, campaign visuals, creator-led content assets, and high-impact visual systems that make people stop, notice and remember.
What You’ll Do
You will work closely with the brand, social, content and leadership teams to shape the visual direction of Thrillophilia across campaigns and content.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating high-quality partnership campaign presentations.
- Designing standout social media creatives, reels covers, carousels, thumbnails and campaign assets.
- Translating creative strategy into strong visual storytelling.
- Actively participating in creative strategy, campaign ideation and concept development.
- Building visual directions for brand campaigns, tourism board pitches, creator campaigns and Thrillophilia Originals.
- Working with social teams to improve the visual quality of Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
- Creating moodboards, references, layouts, campaign visual routes and design systems.
- Guiding designers, editors, creators and production teams on visual execution.
- Contributing to photo shoot direction, video shoot references, frame composition and art direction where required.
- Ensuring every piece of creative output feels premium, sharp, social-first and brand-aligned.
- Bringing fresh references from advertising, design, travel, fashion, culture, creators and global brands.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who has a strong creative eye and a deep understanding of visual craft.
The ideal candidate should have:
- A background in Fine Arts, Applied Arts, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Advertising Design or a similar creative discipline.
- Strong experience in art direction, graphic design, presentation design, campaign design or visual storytelling.
- Prior experience with advertising agencies, creative studios, design-first brands or content-led companies.
- Strong command over typography, layout, colour, composition and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to create work that feels premium, modern, sharp and culturally relevant.
- Strong understanding of social-first design and what makes people stop scrolling.
- Ability to think beyond execution and contribute to the core creative idea.
- Comfort with campaign decks, brand presentations, social media creatives and creator-led formats.
- Strong taste, strong references and strong judgment.
- Ability to work fast without compromising craft.
- Ownership mindset — someone who does not wait for exact instructions but improves the idea visually and creatively.
Tools & Skills
You should be comfortable with modern creative tools and workflows, including some of the following:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- Figma
- Canva, only where relevant
- Keynote / PowerPoint / Google Slides
- AI creative tools such as Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, ChatGPT or similar tools
- Basic understanding of motion, video frames, reels, thumbnails and content formats
We care less about the exact tools and more about the quality of your eye, your thinking and your ability to create exceptional visual work.

- Can create both beautiful design and business-impacting communication.
- Loves travel, culture, storytelling, social media and content.

- Is not satisfied with average-looking creatives.
- Has the hunger to make every deck, every post, every campaign and every visual dramatically better.
What Good Looks Like In This Role
You should be able to take a rough idea and turn it into a visually powerful creative route.
You should be able to look at a campaign and say:
- This visual is not premium enough.
- This deck does not sell the idea.
- This Instagram post will not stop the scroll.
- This creator campaign needs a stronger visual world.
- This thumbnail needs more tension.
- This pitch needs sharper storytelling.
- This layout feels flat.
- This can become iconic if we frame it differently.
We are looking for someone who can raise the creative bar every single day.
