Role Summary
As a Psychologist, you will provide virtual consultations to individuals dealing with emotional, behavioral, and psychological concerns. You will support clients through counseling, psychological assessment, stress management, and evidence-based therapeutic guidance to improve their mental well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct online consultations via video, audio, or chat.
- Assess clients’ emotional, behavioral, and psychological concerns.
- Provide counseling and psychological support for stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, work-related stress, grief, self-esteem concerns, and other mental health challenges.
- Develop personalized therapy or counseling plans based on the client’s needs.
- Guide clients on coping strategies, emotional regulation, and overall mental wellness.
- Maintain accurate consultation notes and documentation.
- Refer clients to psychiatrists or emergency services when clinically necessary.
- Ensure confidentiality, ethical practice, and a supportive client-centered approach.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or a related field.
- Relevant registration, license, or recognized professional qualification as applicable.
- Strong counseling, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in providing therapy, counseling, or mental health support.
- Ability to provide consultations in English, Hindi, or regional languages.
- Access to a reliable internet connection and smartphone/laptop.
- Prior teleconsultation experience is preferred but not mandatory.
