Social Media Manager - Web3 & AI Events

We are looking for an exceptional, hyper-active Social Media Manager to own and grow our presence across X, Instagram, and LinkedIn for two large-scale tech event properties in India - a multi-city conference series spanning 10 cities and a flagship AI and Web3 summit.

This is not a \"post and forget\" role. We need someone with a genuine growth mindset who lives on these platforms, understands what makes content actually perform, and is obsessed with building an audience - not just maintaining one.

What you'll own

• Own day-to-day posting and engagement across X, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Build and execute a content strategy focused on real follower growth — not vanity metrics
• Post live updates, behind-the-scenes content, and real-time coverage across all 10 city events
• Engage actively in conversations, reply to comments, jump into relevant threads, and build community — not just broadcast
• Identify and partner with relevant influencers and creators in each city to promote local event campaigns
• Manage influencer relationships end to end — outreach, negotiation, briefing, content coordination, and performance tracking
• Work closely with the content and video team to turn raw footage into scroll-stopping posts
• Track what's working and double down — you should be obsessed with analytics, not just creative
• Stay on top of trends, especially within the Web3 and AI space, and move fast to capitalize on them
• Coordinate posting schedules around speaker announcements, sponsor shoutouts, ticket pushes, and event day coverage

Who we're looking for

• A genuine growth mindset — you should be able to point to real follower or engagement growth you've driven before
• Hyper-active, online, and fast — you understand platform culture, not just content calendars
• Strong copywriting instincts — you can write a hook that stops the scroll
• Experience identifying and working with influencers or creators — outreach, negotiation, and campaign coordination
• Understanding of how Web3 social media specifically works — crypto Twitter culture, KOL dynamics, community engagement norms — is a strong plus
• Event experience is a strong plus — you understand the pace and chaos of live event content
• Comfortable working fast, sometimes posting in real-time during live events across different cities
• Self-starter — we're looking for someone who brings ideas, not someone who waits to be told what to post
