Job Title: Google Ads Performance Lead-D2C\n\nAbout the Role\n\nWe are looking for a performance-driven marketer to lead paid acquisition with a strong focus on Google Ads and D2C growth. This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience scaling Search, Shopping, Display, and YouTube campaigns for e-commerce brands, with a strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, conversion funnels, and Shopify tracking.\n\nThe ideal candidate has built and scaled Google Ads for a D2C/e-commerce business and understands how to drive efficient growth through data-led experimentation, audience targeting, and funnel optimization.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn and scale paid acquisition across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube)\nBuild and execute performance marketing strategies focused on revenue, ROAS, and CAC efficiency\nLead keyword strategy, bidding, audience segmentation, and campaign structure optimization\nMonitor and optimize campaign performance across CTR, CPC, CVR, CAC, and ROAS\nManage budgets and improve efficiency while scaling spend profitably\nPartner with design/content teams to improve ad creatives and landing page conversion\nWork closely with tech team to ensure accurate tracking via GA4, GTM, Google Ads conversion tracking\nManage remarketing, customer audience segmentation, and funnel-based retargeting\nAnalyze customer journeys and identify opportunities to improve conversion performance\nStay updated on Google Ads best practices, algorithm updates, and emerging opportunities\n\nMust-Have Requirements\n4–7 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing\nStrong expertise in Google Ads (Search + Shopping mandatory)\nProven experience managing D2C / e-commerce paid acquisition\nHands-on experience scaling campaigns for Shopify-based brands\nStrong understanding of CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR, AOV, LTV\nStrong working knowledge of GA4, GTM, conversion tracking, attribution\nExperience in campaign budgeting, bid optimization, and scaling paid channels\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\n\nPreferred\nExperience in jewelry, luxury, fashion, or premium D2C brands\nExperience with feed optimization / Google Merchant Center\nExposure to CRM, retention, and remarketing journeys
