Job Summary
We are looking for a data-driven and strategic SaaS Marketing Manager to own the end-to-end execution of our inbound growth funnel. In this role, you will bridge the gap between product value and market awareness. You will design, launch, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive high-intent product sign-ups, nurture trial users, and boost long-term subscriber retention.
The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of B2B/B2C SaaS dynamics, user lifecycle stages, and marketing automation systems to efficiently drive recurring revenue (ARR).
Core Responsibilities- Campaign & Funnel Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across SEO, content syndication, email marketing, and organic social channels to generate highly qualified leads (MQLs/SQLs).
- Lifecycle & Retention Marketing: Map out and build automated user workflows, email drip sequences, and lead scoring systems inside marketing automation tools to smoothly transition users from free trials to paid tiers.
- Product Messaging & Positioning: Collaborate with product teams to translate complex software features into compelling, customer-centric value propositions, landing page copy, and product launch assets.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work directly with content writers, designers, and developers to guide visual asset layouts, review structural SEO setups, and establish high-converting landing page frameworks.
- Data & Analytics Tracking: Continuously audit conversion rates across the acquisition funnel. Track core performance metrics—including Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), trial-to-paid conversion rates, and churn.
- Experience: 3–5 years of digital marketing experience, with a solid track record working directly inside a fast-paced Tech or SaaS infrastructure.
- MarTech Proficiency: Hands-on experience managing CRM and marketing automation hubs (e.g., HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Zoho CRM, or Salesforce).
- Data Literacy: Advanced skills in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), search console analytics, and setting up precise cross-channel campaign tracking (UTM tracking architectures).
- Communication & Execution: Exceptional copywriting and communication skills, coupled with strong project management capabilities to handle multiple campaign deadlines seamlessly.
