Editor and Motion Graphics Artist to join our team at the Mumbai (Worli) office. If you

Role - Senior Video Editor & Motion Graphics Artist

Location - Devchand House, Shiv Sagar Estate, Dr. Annie Besant Road, Worli,

Mumbai, MH 400018

Experience - Minimum 3.5 years+ in video editing and motion graphics, preferably in an advertising agency environment.

Employment Type - Full-time

Role & Responsibilities

As a Senior Video Editor and Motion Graphics Artist, you will be instrumental in bringing our

campaigns to life across various platforms. Your responsibilities will include:

%CF; Conceptualization and Execution: Collaborating with the creative and production

teams to conceptualize, edit, and animate high-quality video content for a diverse

range of clients and projects.

%CF; Video Editing: Managing the end-to-end post-production process, including logging,

rough cuts, fine cuts, colour correction, and sound design for films, case studies,

and social media content.

%CF; Motion Graphics: Creating sophisticated and engaging motion graphics, 2D/3D

animations, and dynamic typography to enhance visual storytelling and brand

messaging.

%CF; Quality Control: Ensuring all video assets adhere to brand guidelines, are

technically sound, and are delivered on time for client presentations and final

deployment.

%CF; Mentorship: Providing guidance and feedback to junior team members, fostering a

high standard of quality within the post-production department.

%CF; Software Proficiency: Maintaining expert proficiency in industry-standard software,

including Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

Experience with 3D software (e.g., Cinema 4D) is a plus.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

%CF; A minimum of 6 years of professional experience as a Video Editor and Motion

Graphics Artist.

%CF; A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional skills in both editing and motion

graphics.

%CF; In-depth understanding of video formats, codecs, aspect ratios, and best practices for

various digital and social platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, OTT, etc.).

%CF; Excellent sense of timing, rhythm, visual composition, and narrative structure.

%CF; Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines while

maintaining attention to detail.

%CF; Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate creative decisions clearly.
