Essential Job Functions:
- Conduct preventive maintenance on Crystal Server environments to ensure optimal performance and reliability
- Apply minor patches and oversee major version upgrades for Crystal Server software.
- Manage webserver upgrades associated with reporting and analytics platforms.
- Provide immediate support for production issues, including break/fix, service restarts, and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
- Lead new projects involving Crystal Server installation, configuration, and initial setup.
- Exp: 8+ years
- Proven experience as a Crystal Server Administrator .
- Strong knowledge of Crystal Server installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Expertise in applying software patches and performing major version upgrades.
- Hands-on experience with webserver management and upgrades.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting production issues and implementing rapid solutions.
- Experience with Active Directory (AD) configuration and management.
- Familiarity with Oracle Client installation and database connectivity.
- Relevant certifications in Crystal Reports, server administration, or equivalent (preferred).
