About The Job:
- The Manufacturing SME will drive design and deployment of manufacturing processes within NetSuite for Life Sciences companies. The role will establish standardized manufacturing operations aligned with Life Sciences best practices and support implementation of planning, production, and quality-related processes.
Manufacturing Process Design
- Assess current manufacturing processes across entities.
- Define future-state manufacturing operating model.
- Standardize manufacturing workflows and controls.
NetSuite Manufacturing Solution Design

Configure and validate:
- Bills of Materials (BOM)
- Routings
- Work Orders
- Production Scheduling
- Demand Planning
- Supply Planning
- Costing
- Manufacturing Execution Processes
Life Sciences Compliance
- Support batch and lot-controlled manufacturing processes.
- Define traceability requirements.
- Support quality and regulatory process alignment.
- Ensure manufacturing controls support Life Sciences compliance requirements.
Master Data & Migration

Define migration strategy for:
- BOMs
- Routings
- Work Centers
- Production Data
- Item Masters
Testing & Go-Live
- Lead manufacturing UAT.
- Support cutover planning and manufacturing readiness assessments.
- Experience: 8+ Years
- Shift Time: 1 - 11pm/ 3:30pm - 1:30am
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 8+ years of manufacturing process experience.
- 5+ years implementing manufacturing modules within NetSuite or similar ERP platforms.
- Strong understanding of discrete manufacturing and life sciences manufacturing operations.
Preferred
- Experience with GMP-regulated manufacturing environments.
- Experience with Lot and Batch Traceability.
- Experience with NetSuite Advanced Manufacturing.
