Job Title: SAP EAM Senior Consultant
Experience: 6 to 10 Years
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP EAM Senior Consultant to lead process and data workstreams across SAP Enterprise Asset Management engagements. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in SAP EAM, hands-on experience in end-to-end implementation projects, and the ability to drive business process design, data readiness, and solution definition across project phases.
This role requires a candidate who can work closely with business stakeholders to lead design workshops, shape detailed design, and ensure that process and data requirements are translated into practical, scalable SAP EAM solutions.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead process and data workstreams for SAP EAM implementations and transformation programs.
• Participate in and lead the design phase of the project, including facilitating design workshops and driving outcomes into detailed design documentation.
• Gather, analyze, and validate business requirements related to maintenance operations, asset management, and EAM master data.
• Define target-state business processes and ensure alignment with SAP EAM best practices.
• Lead detailed design discussions covering process flows, data requirements, configuration approach, integrations, and reporting needs.
• Configure and support SAP EAM functionalities including master data and transactional data
• Drive data-related activities including data assessment, data structure alignment, data quality inputs, and business validation for EAM objects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integration with modules such as MM, FI/CO, PS, and WM/EWM, where applicable.
• Prepare functional specifications and work with technical teams on enhancements, reports, forms, interfaces, and data objects.
• Support and lead key project activities including testing, defect resolution, cutover planning, go-live, and hypercare.
• Conduct client workshops, user training, and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to overall workstream planning, quality, and delivery governance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 6–9 years of experience in SAP EAM / SAP PM.
• Proven experience in end-to-end SAP EAM implementation projects.
• Strong experience leading process and data activities within SAP EAM engagements.
• Hands-on experience in the design phase, including design workshops and detailed design.
• Strong understanding of asset management and maintenance processes such as: Reactive, Proactive maintenance, Project/improvement Maintenance, Refurbishment Process, Asset Master Data Management
• Experience translating business requirements into functional design and SAP configuration.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work directly with business users, SMEs, and project leadership.
• Experience in preparing business process documents, functional specifications, test scripts, and design deliverables.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Exposure to SAP GEF.
• Exposure to SAP SSAM.
• Experience with SAP Fiori applications for maintenance processes.
• Experience in industries such as oil & gas, chemicals or asset-intensive industry use cases.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field.
