Requirements:
Platform & Technical Skills:
• Strong hands on experience with Quadient CCM platforms (Inspire / CCM suite)
• Expertise in document composition, personalization, and communication workflows
• Experience working with XML, JSON, SQL, flat files, and hierarchical data models
• Good understanding of scripting, rules engines, and document automation
• Experience with on prem, hybrid, and cloud deployments
Architecture & Delivery Experience:
• Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise CCM architectures
• Strong understanding of performance, scalability, and high volume batch processing
• Experience leading large or multi project CCM engagements
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery models
Nice to Have:
• Domain experience in insurance
• Exposure to DevOps / CI CD pipelines for CCM platforms
• Experience migrating from legacy CCM tools (Documaker, Smart COMM), etc.
