About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and creatively driven Senior Graphic Designer who combinesstrong designthinking with a deep understanding of digital content and social-first storytelling. In this role, you willbe responsible fortransforming ideas into visually impactful content for a diverse portfolio of global clients across sports, retail, lifestyle, hospitality, and consumer brands.
You will conceptualize and execute social-first creatives, campaign assets, branded content, and engaging digital experiences that resonate with audiences across platforms. This position is ideal for someone with 5+ years of experience who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and can deliver high-quality creative output across multiple brands and industries.

WhatYou'llDo
- Design high-impact visuals for social media, web, paid campaigns, and digital platforms.
- Create engaging social-first content including static creatives, carousels, explainer graphics, and narrative-driven posts.
- Develop campaign creatives, paid social assets, and branded content for a variety of clients and industries.
- Adapt a single idea into multiple platform-optimized formats across Instagram, X, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
- Translate briefs, trends, insights, and businessobjectivesinto compelling visual solutions.
- Integrate sponsor messaging and branded content in a seamless and visually compelling way.
- Ensure fast turnaround whilemaintainingconsistency, quality, and brand standards.
- Manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously across different accounts.
- Present creative concepts and incorporate stakeholder feedback to ensure alignment with brandobjectives.
- Contribute to brand storytelling and creative campaigns that drive audience engagement.

Stay updated with design trends, platform formats, digital audience behaviours, and emerging technologies, including AI-powered creative tools.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally within agency, digital, social, or creative environments working across multiple brands or clients.
- Strong understanding of digital audience behaviour and platform best practices.
- Experience creating content for consumer brands, retail, hospitality, lifestyle, or sports clients.
- Proficiencyin Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Strong skills in layout, typography, colour, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Clear understanding of platform-specific formats and content optimization.
- Ability to think in systems and scalable formats, not just one-off designs.
- A self-starter mindset with ownership and accountability.
- Curiosity and drive to learn, experiment, and innovate with emerging technologies, including AI-powered creative tools.
- Ability to work quickly without compromising quality.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
Nice to Have
- Experience creating sports content or sports graphics would be an added advantage.
- A strong portfolioshowcasingsocial-first and campaign-based creative work.
- Experience working with brand or sponsor integrations.
