About the Role
We arelookingfor a highly creative, detail-oriented, and experiencedDesignLeadto drive impactful visual storytelling across digital platforms and campaigns. This role extends beyond execution and requires a strategic creative thinker who can transform ideas into compelling visual narratives for global audiences.
The ideal candidate will bring strongexpertisein digital design, campaign creatives, and platform-native storytelling, with the ability to conceptualize and execute high-quality visuals across multiple formats. You will play a key role in shaping creative direction, elevating design quality, mentoring team members, and building scalable visual systems that enhance brand and audience engagement.
You will work across a diverse portfolio of global brands and clients spanning sports, entertainment, lifestyle, technology, and consumer sectors within the wider Brave Bison Group.
WhatYou'llDo:
- Lead projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring strong creative thinking and high-quality execution.
- Design compelling and original visuals across social media, digital campaigns, branded content, and marketing initiatives.
- Develop storytelling-led creatives including carousels, explainers, presentations, and narrative-driven formats.
- Translate briefs, insights, and trends into visually engaging concepts and scalable creative solutions.
- Adapt ideas into platform-native formats across Instagram, X, YouTube, and digital channels.
- Contribute to campaigns, launches, and key moments through thoughtful, high-impact design.
- Create visually compelling pitch decks, presentations, and campaign assets under tight timelines.
- Seamlessly integrate brands and sponsor messaging into creative outputs.
- Design content for global audiences, adapting visuals for different markets and digital consumptionbehaviors.
- Build,maintain, and evolve scalable design systems, templates, and repeatable creative formats.
- Review and elevate team output to ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to brand standards.
- Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to junior designers and interns.
- Act as a quality gate for high-visibility campaigns and key deliverables.
- Own and uphold creative standards across all design output.
- Contribute to improving creative workflows, formats, and internal processes.
- Collaborate closely with content, social, marketing, and strategy teams to shape ideas and improve creative outputs.
- Present creative work to stakeholders and clients, effectively articulating designrationaleand incorporating feedback.
- Support pitches, proposals, and client presentations with compelling visual storytelling.
- Help shape creative direction across campaigns and projects.
- Stay updated on evolving design trends, platformbehaviors, and emerging technologies, including AI-powered creative tools.
- Collaborate across Engage Digital Partners, Brave Bison, andSocialChainclients to deliver impactful creative solutions across diverse industries and audiences.
What You Bring:
- 8+ yearsof experience in graphic design, visual communication, or creative design.
- Significant experiencein digital media/digital marketing content production.
- Strong portfoliodemonstratingoriginal thinking, storytelling, campaign execution, and scalable design systems.
- Proven ability to convert business and campaignobjectivesinto strong visual solutions.
- Expertisein Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Working knowledge of Figma, Keynote, and PowerPoint for presentations, collaborative design workflows, and creative storytelling.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography,colourtheory, visual hierarchy, and composition.
- Experience creating high-quality pitch decks and presentation visuals.
- Understanding platform-specific design formats and content optimization.
- Ability to work quickly and effectively without compromising quality.
- Strong communicationskills with the ability to present and articulate design decisions to stakeholders.
- Self-starter mindset with strong ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.

Good to Have:
- Knowledge or understanding of sports content, culture, and audiencebehaviorwould be an added advantage.
