Senior Application Developer - UKG Boomi Integrations
Job Purpose and Impact
We are looking for a Senior UKG Boomi Developer to join our global Workforce Management technology team. In this role, you will work on large-scale, enterprise-grade integrations supporting workforce operations across multiple countries and tens of thousands of employees. This is a great opportunity to build deep expertise in UKG Pro WFM, work on complex global integrations, and grow into technical leadership or architecture roles.
Key Accountabilities
- Design and develop integrations using Boomi AtomSphere
- Build and maintain integrations with UKG Pro WFM (e.g., Person Import, Payroll Export, APIs, custom extensions)
- Define data mapping, transformation, and integration logic
- Perform testing and validation of integrations in non-production environments
- Monitor production integrations and troubleshoot issues
- Implement error handling and alerting mechanisms
- Ensure secure data exchange using authentication protocols (e.g., OAuth2, API keys)
- Partner with global teams to support ongoing WFM implementations and enhancements
Qualifications

Minimum requirement of 4 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 7 years or more of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- UKG Boomi Professional Developer Certification (completed UKG instructor led course)
- 3+ years of experience in integration development, using UKG Boomi
- Hands -on experience in Boomi for UKG-Pro building/enhancing integrations for Person Import, Payroll Exports, Custom Reports, Extensions to update UKG Pro WFM data.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Hands-on experience working in enterprise environments with familiarity in cloud -based ERP systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors)
