Guidewire BC Integration / Configuration Developer
We are looking for a skilled Guidewire BillingCenter Integration / Configuration Developer with hands-on experience in implementing and enhancing BillingCenter solutions. The role involves developing integrations with external systems, configuring BillingCenter components, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver scalable billing solutions for P&C insurance clients.
Key Responsibilities

Design, configure, and develop solutions within Guidewire BillingCenter.

Implement BillingCenter integrations with upstream/downstream systems using SOAP, REST, JMS, and plugins.

Configure entities, typelists, rules, workflows, and PCF screens in BillingCenter.

Develop and maintain batch processes, messaging, and event-driven integrations.

Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and QA teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization.

Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint deliverables with accurate estimates.

Support production implementations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with coding standards.
Required Skills & Experience

3-8 years of IT experience, with 3+ years in Guidewire BillingCenter development.

Strong experience in GOSU programming, Guidewire Configuration, and Integration development.

Hands-on expertise in Billing processes: invoicing, payments, collections, dunning, and general ledger (GL) integration.

Proficiency in Java, XML, Web Services (SOAP/REST), Messaging, Plugins.

Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases (Oracle/DB2).

Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.

Good understanding of P&C insurance billing operations.
Good to Have

Guidewire BillingCenter Specialist / Ace Certification.

Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins, Bitbucket, JIRA).

Knowledge of PolicyCenter / ClaimCenter for end-to-end integration.
