Job Summary:
This role involves ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for EMEAL employees, requiring close coordination with internal teams and external payroll providers. The specialist will manage statutory filings, prepare payments, and resolve employee queries efficiently. There will also be a focus on driving process improvements and supporting global payroll initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee monthly payroll preparation and processing.
• Review payroll calculations and ensure accuracy.
• Manage statutory filings and payments.
• Resolve employee payroll inquiries within SLAs.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives.

Must-Have Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of EMEA payroll experience.
• Proficiency with payroll processing systems.
