As a Senior Content Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Trackier's content strategy and brand voice across multiple channels. You will be responsible for creating impactful, audience-centric content that supports marketing, product, and business objectives. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will drive content initiatives that enhance brand awareness, engage target audiences, and contribute to lead generation and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
Inbound Funnel Strategy
- Develop and govern the comprehensive content strategy across the entire inbound funnel, optimizing for top-of-funnel (TOFU) awareness through to bottom-of-funnel (BOFU) conversion.
- Define distinct channel objectives, establish cross-channel ecosystems, and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success at each funnel stage.
- Analyze and report on content performance and funnel health, dynamically adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights.
Content Creation & Channel Management
- Conceptualize and execute high-impact blogs, guides, case studies, and digital resources designed to capture and convert organic traffic.
- Spearhead the organic LinkedIn strategy, overseeing the corporate page alongside executive thought leadership and personal branding initiatives.
- Develop tailored content for Meta platforms, collaborating cross-functionally with strategy and performance marketing teams.
- Strategize, script, and oversee the production of comprehensive video content.
- Manage guest contributions, strategic partnerships, and content placements on external and referral traffic platforms.
- Act as the strategic ghostwriter for founders and the executive leadership team to elevate brand authority.
- Produce and maintain high-quality sales collateral, including pitch decks, one-pagers, and brochures, to directly empower the sales team.
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of content specialists.
- Manage workload allocation, establish rigorous quality benchmarks, and conduct final editorial reviews prior to publication.
- Serve as the primary point of accountability for the output, quality, and integrity of all inbound content.
