<\/li>\n - Develop vendor networks and ensure cost\-effective and timely sourcing aligned with operational requirements.

<\/p>1. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Hiring and Training of Field Staff on MRF process, EHS and 5S.<\/span>
<\/p>2. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Follow MRF framework & implement the process and update the tracker sheet & weekly progress update to the MRF Lead\/Manager.<\/span>
<\/p>3. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Monitoring and Evaluation of the performance of MRF supervisors and analysis of production sorting teams & Baling teams. Also ensuring compliance to assigned tasks.<\/span>
<\/p>4. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Development of team in multiple aspects and regular interactive sessions to ensure a motivated workforce<\/span>
<\/p>5. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Health card KPIs of productivity in ZOHO. Maintain Records, Analyse actual vs target and implement changes.<\/span>
<\/p>6. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>To define the target as per AOP projections and get it implemented month by month.<\/span>
<\/p>7. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Planning monthly production schedules.<\/span>
<\/p>8. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Conducting MRF inductions for visitors.<\/span>
<\/p>9. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Ensure for Invoicing and Payment Collections from recyclers and aggregators, including VMS uploads<\/span>
<\/p>10. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Ensuring right MOQ at right time. Will need to prepare and adhere to the dispatch plan.<\/span>
<\/p>11. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Development and Adherence to MRF Manual and other SOPs.<\/span>
<\/p>12. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Testing and Implementation of new Technologies at MRF like vision sensing, IOT, etc.<\/span>
<\/p>13. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Ensure efficient day\-to\-day operations of the waste management process.<\/span>
<\/p>14. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Implement and monitor operational policies and procedures.<\/span>
<\/p>15. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Coordinate with other departments to streamline processes and improve productivity.<\/span>
<\/p>16. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Timely maintenance of machinery & procurement based on the requirement.<\/span>

<\/p>1. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Cross\-check and verify all operational documentation for accuracy and completeness.<\/span>
