As a Technical Trainer at Zensar Technologies, you will play a vital role in empowering our team with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in the ever-evolving tech landscape. Your primary responsibility will be to design and deliver engaging training sessions on a range of technical topics, ensuring our employees stay ahead of the curve. • 15+ years of experience in software development and training.
• In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies and best practices.
• Expertise in Java development, with a strong understanding of object-oriented principles.
• Proficiency in testing tools such as Selenium and Playwright for automated testing.
• Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in web development frameworks.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for delivering engaging training sessions.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Analytical mindset to assess training needs and adapt training approaches accordingly.
• Experience in working with diverse teams and cultures.
• A passion for continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.

• Design and develop training materials for various technical topics.
• Conduct interactive training sessions on Agile, Java, Selenium, Playwright, Python, and Jmeter.
• Assess and evaluate trainees' progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate them into training programs.
• Collaborate with the training team to ensure a cohesive and effective training strategy.
• Provide technical support and guidance to trainees during and after training.
• Create and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Conduct regular reviews and updates to training content to ensure relevance.
• Assist in developing and implementing training evaluation processes.
