Senior Production Support Engineer - LoanIQ - Bangalore

Looking for candidates with 4-8 years of experience in production support within the banking domain, with exposure to Structured Finance / Lending platforms (e.g., LoanIQ or similar).

Expectations from the role,

Ensure stability, availability, and resilience of structured finance platforms across front, middle, and back office systems

Own and manage incidents, service requests, and problem tickets with full accountability for SLA adherence and business impact

Its L1/L2 support across the application stack (Windows, Unix/Linux, SQL, middleware, APIs, Java-based systems

Perform deep root cause analysis (RCA) and drive permanent fixes in collaboration with development teams

Apply strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to resolve complex production issues quickly and effectively

Drive automation, monitoring improvements, and continuous efficiency gains to reduce manual effort and enhance platform reliability

Work closely with business and cross-functional teams with clear ownership and proactive communication

Demonstrate strong understanding of end-to-end deal lifecycle, including Risk, Accounting, Payments, and settlement flows
