Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications and customizations.
Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Configure Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, process builders, and flows.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Collaborate with business analysts, administrators, and stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions.
Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
Participate in release management, deployment, and environment maintenance activities.
Create technical documentation and provide support for production applications.
Required Skills
Strong experience with Salesforce CRM.
Hands-on experience with Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Triggers.
Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components.
Knowledge of Salesforce Flows, Workflows, and Process Automation.
Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, profiles, roles, and permission sets.
Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Experience Cloud (Community Cloud).
Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or Field Service Lightning.
Experience with DevOps tools such as Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins.
Salesforce Certifications (Platform Developer I/II, App Builder, Administrator) preferred.
