Role Overview:
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound sales and engage decision-makers in high-growth companies. Your primary focus will be to generate and qualify leads, setting up sales meetings with HR leaders, Founders, and CXOs.
What You'll Do:
Prospect & Qualify Leads - Research and identify potential clients in tech-driven industries.
Cold Outreach - Engage prospects via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
Pitch AI-Driven Hiring Solutions - Educate prospects on how Abex.work can optimize their hiring process.
Schedule Meetings - Book discovery calls for the sales team with interested clients.
Manage CRM & Follow-Ups - Keep records updated and ensure consistent engagement.
What We Look For:
1+ years of SDR/Inside Sales experience (B2B preferred).
Strong communication & persuasion skills.
Experience in cold calling & email outreach.
Passion for AI-driven recruitment & HR Tech.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
