Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience:
    • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on lead generation, brand awareness, and B2B marketing.
    • Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) with a track record of success in generating targeted leads and increasing website traffic.
    • Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and campaigns.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Expert-level knowledge of Google Ads and LinkedIn Advertising to drive targeted campaigns.
    • Experience with SEO/SEM, content marketing, email marketing, and web analytics.
    • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems.
    • Proficiency with Google Analytics, social media advertising, and A/B testing platforms.
  • Content Creation & Communication:
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong ability to create clear, concise, and compelling marketing content, including blog posts, landing pages, and ad copy.
    • Ability to develop and present compelling presentations, case studies, and other marketing collateral.
  • Market Knowledge:
    • In-depth understanding of the U.S. market, including customer personas, business challenges, and digital behavior trends.
    • Ability to quickly adapt marketing strategies based on emerging trends and changing market dynamics.
  • Professional Degree & Certification:
    • A professional degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
    • Digital marketing certifications (Google Ads, HubSpot, LinkedIn Advertising) are preferred.
  • Additional Skills:
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
    • Quick learner, adaptable, and eager to stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and tools.
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a results-driven mindset.
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):
  • Experience with ABM tools like Terminus, Demandbase, or 6sense.
  • Familiarity with video marketing or interactive content creation.
  • Previous experience in a tech or B2B services environment.
