Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end recruitment across the organization, including Sales, Distribution, Investor Relations, Investment, Research, Operations, Finance and Compliance functions.
- Actively source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks, recruitment agencies and referrals.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Screen, evaluate and shortlist candidates in line with role requirements and organizational culture.
- Coordinate interviews, candidate assessments, reference checks, compensation discussions and offer rollouts.
- Ensure fast turnaround time and closure of hiring mandates while maintaining quality standards.
- Drive onboarding and induction processes to ensure smooth integration of new employees.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation and hiring trackers.
- Support performance management, employee engagement and organizational culture initiatives.
- Work closely with business leaders on manpower planning, organizational structuring and workforce requirements.
- Handle employee lifecycle management including onboarding, employee engagement, performance discussions and exit management.

Qualification:
- Postgraduate or an equivalent Master's degree with 3+ years of experience
- Prior experience hiring for Asset Management, PMS, AIF, Mutual Fund Distribution, Private Banking, or Financial Services organizations.
- Hands-on multi-tasker, self-directed, capable of working independently and as part of the team.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, strong understanding of the needs and sensitivities of distributor engagement and management.
- Strong understanding of the financial services talent landscape.
- Hands-on multi-tasker, self-directed, capable of working independently and as part of the team.
- Strong command over hiring tools like Naukari, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other Hiring tools.
