About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Product Marketing Manager with 2+ years of experience to drive product positioning, go-to-market strategies, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate should have experience collaborating with product, sales, and marketing teams to successfully launch products, create compelling messaging, and generate demand.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for new product launches and feature releases.
- Create compelling product positioning, messaging, and value propositions tailored to target audiences.
- Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
- Work closely with Product Management to understand product capabilities and translate them into customer benefits.
- Enable Sales teams by developing sales collateral, presentations, battle cards, FAQs, and product documentation.
- Plan and execute product launch campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Collaborate with Digital Marketing, Content, and Design teams to create marketing assets.
- Analyze campaign performance and product adoption metrics to optimize marketing initiatives.
- Gather customer feedback and market insights to influence product roadmap and enhancements.
- Support lead generation initiatives through webinars, case studies, blogs, email campaigns, and product demos.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in Product Marketing, B2B Marketing, SaaS Marketing, or Technology Marketing.
- Strong understanding of Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy and product launch planning.
- Experience in creating product messaging, positioning, and marketing content.
- Knowledge of market research and competitive analysis techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Analytical mindset with experience measuring campaign effectiveness using KPIs.
- Familiarity with CRM and Marketing Automation tools.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B SaaS, IT Products, FinTech, or Technology Products.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as:
- HubSpot
- Salesforce
- Google Analytics
- Google Search Console
- SEMrush
- Ahrefs
- Mixpanel
- Amplitude
- Knowledge of Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategies.
- Experience working in Agile product environments.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- MBA (Marketing) is preferred but not mandatory.
