Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead the sales function and
drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales
management, customer relationship management, team handling, and target achievement. The
candidate will be responsible for leading a team, generating revenue, ensuring an exceptional
customer experience, and driving sales through various channels.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize business growth and market
penetration.
Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing
customers.
Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and drive productivity improvements.
Ensure a seamless customer journey from initial inquiry to final conversion.
Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify growth
opportunities.
Collaborate closely with Interior Designers and cross-functional teams to enhance
customer experience and sales conversions.
Drive alternate sales channels including residence visits, apartment activities, design
consultations, and sales events.
Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution of concerns.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline management.
Take ownership of business objectives and implement innovative sales initiatives.
Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and quality standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
4-7 years of experience in Sales, with at least 1-2 years of team handling experience.
Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Strong customer relationship management and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Self-driven, proactive, and highly result-oriented.
Experience in retail, interior design, home decor, real estate, or consumer-facing sales
will be an added advantage.
