Experience: 3-5 Years (Domestic CTH experience is a must)

• Strong expertise in C2H hiring
• Hands-on experience in Technology recruitment
• Proficiency in ATS, LinkedIn sourcing, and Boolean search techniques
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
