Administer and govern Power Platform environments, including Power Apps, Power Automate flows and Copilot Studio agents.
Manage environment strategy, security roles and platform configuration.
Implement solution lifecycle and ALM processes (dev/test/prod).
Define, implement and monitor Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies to ensure compliance.
Oversee Power Platform licensing, usage analytics and cost optimization.
Manage and operate the Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE), including standards, governance, and adoption.
Handle operational support through ServiceNow, managing incidents, service requests and changes.
Collaborate with security, IT and business teams to align platform capabilities with enterprise needs.
