Key Role Expectations:
Experience 4-8 years
Ensure adherence to the engagement service SLAs & KPIs
Possess strong analytical skills
Exposure and understanding of Azure or other Public/Private Cloud is desirable
Good working knowledge of SaaS model
Good understanding of Supply Chain domain is an added bonus
Readiness to be on-call and work flexible hours, which includes (Evenings, Weekends) as situation demands
ITIL certifications are a plus

Ability to learn various skills and quick learner
Exceptional written and communication skills
Exceptional stakeholder Management Skills
