Job Title: Python FS Developer Location: Hyderabad (Narsingi), Telangana Employment Type: Full-Time Role Overview We are looking for a highly proficient Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in building modern, responsive, and scalable web applications using React, TypeScript, and Next.js. The ideal candidate excels at building high-quality UI experiences, managing complex async front-end workflows, and creating maintainable, reusable component architectures. While this role is primarily frontend-focused, exposure to backend technologies- particularly FastAPI, async patterns, and containerized environments-is important to collaborate effectively with AI/LLM-powered backends built using Python. Key Responsibilities Frontend Engineering Build sophisticated UI features using React hooks (useEffect, useMemo, useCallback) and modern component design patterns. Architect clean, modular frontend systems with effective state lifting, conditional rendering, and optimized component communication. Develop high-quality user experience using Next.js App Router, making appropriate decisions between client and server components. Implement robust async UI flows (loading, error, streaming updates) with strong attention to UX, accessibility, and user feedback. Build and maintain scalable styling patterns using Tailwind CSS and reusable design system components. Use React Query, Context, and advanced TypeScript patterns to manage data consistency and complex UI states. Contribute to performance tuning via memoization, virtualization, and bundle-size optimizations. Frontend Integration with AI/LLM Systems Implement streaming UI updates for responses generated by LLM pipelines. Work with engineering teams to consume structured and unstructured outputs from AI agents. Understand Python work-flows sufficiently to integrate or modify UI-facing behavior-not to build new agents from scratch. Backend Engineering Backend Collaboration (FastAPI + Async) Work with other developers to align on API contracts, async patterns, and integration flows. Understand FastAPI routing, dependency injection, and response models to ensure consistent UI-API interactions. Read/trace backend logic when debugging UI issues or adding frontend-driven capabilities. DevOps & Container Awareness Use Docker and Docker Compose to run and debug local development environments (frontend + API + DB). Understand multi-stage Dockerfiles, container logs, and basic runtime debugging to support local development workflows. Required Skills & Competencies Frontend Strong React fundamentals: hooks, props/state, controlled/uncontrolled components, component composition. Expertise with async UI handling: loaders, error states, optimistic updates, streaming UIs. Practical experience with Next.js (App Router, server vs client components). Advanced TypeScript usage: generics, unions, discriminated unions, type narrowing. Styling mastery with Tailwind CSS and reusable UI components. Proficiency with state/data tools like React Query, Context API, and custom hooks. Backend Basic understanding of REST APIs, async programming, and FastAPI fundamentals. Familiarity with SQLAlchemy ORM concepts and typical API data models. Knowledge of JWT-based authentication flows. Container Awareness Ability to run/debug apps inside Docker and multi-service Compose setups. Nice-to-Have Experience tuning React performance (memoization, virtualization, code splitting). Familiarity with UI observability: console diagnostics, tracing, and structured logging patterns. Understanding of accessibility (ARIA, keyboard navigation). Experience working with AI-driven UIs or real-time data streaming. Awareness of CI/CD practices for frontend deployments. Basic security considerations (CORS, CSRF, headers, secrets management). What You Will Work On Delivering high-quality, responsive, and performant UIs using React + TypeScript + Next.js. Integrating streaming AI features into the backend for product enhancement. Collaborating with other developers to evolve API contracts and support new workflows. Enhancing developer experience across local front-end development and Docker based workflows. Establishing frontend patterns for component reuse, testability, and consistency. Qualifications 3-6 years of experience in full-stack development with strong frontend emphasis. Deep expertise with React, TypeScript, and modern frontend tooling. Experience in backend concepts (FastAPI, async APIs) and integration.
