About the Role



As an Art Director, you will lead the visual direction of integrated marketing campaigns across social media, branding, websites, performance marketing, video, and digital experiences. You will collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists, designers, video editors, and client servicing teams to create award-worthy creative solutions that deliver business impact.



Responsibilities



  • Creative Leadership
  • Define and maintain the visual direction for multiple client accounts.
  • Develop innovative campaign concepts from ideation to execution.
  • Ensure consistency in brand identity across all digital touchpoints.
  • Present and pitch creative ideas to internal teams and clients.
  • Design & Execution
  • Lead the creation of high-quality static, motion, and digital creatives.
  • Guide website, landing page, social media, and advertising designs.
  • Maintain exceptional standards for typography, layout, color, and visual storytelling.
  • Review and approve creative deliverables before client submission.
  • Team Management
  • Mentor Graphic Designers, Visualizers, Motion Designers, and Junior Creatives.
  • Provide constructive feedback and encourage creative excellence.
  • Allocate projects and manage team bandwidth effectively.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovation-driven culture.
  • Collaboration
  • Work closely with Copywriters, Performance Marketers, UI/UX Designers, Video Editors, and Account Managers.
  • Translate client briefs into engaging creative campaigns.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and strategic planning.
  • Innovation
  • Stay updated with design trends, AI creative tools, and emerging digital platforms.
  • Introduce new creative processes and workflows to improve efficiency.
  • Continuously push the quality of creative output across the agency.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a creative agency or digital marketing environment.
  • Previous experience leading a creative or design team is preferred.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital campaigns, websites, and social media creatives.


Required Skills



  • Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
  • Proficiency in Figma and modern collaborative design tools.
  • Excellent understanding of branding, advertising, typography, and digital design.
  • Experience in social media campaigns, performance marketing creatives, and website design.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.
