Role Overview

We are looking for a Campaign Manager to plan, execute, optimize, and report on digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing performance campaigns, coordinating with internal teams and partners, and driving campaign KPIs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Launch, monitor, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Programmatic, Mobile, Display, Video, Native, and Affiliate channels.
  • Manage campaign setup, targeting, creatives, tracking links, and reporting.
  • Monitor campaign performance and ensure delivery against client KPIs.
  • Analyze campaign data and recommend optimization strategies to improve results.
  • Coordinate with account managers, media buyers, publishers, and clients for smooth execution.
  • Troubleshoot tracking, attribution, and delivery-related issues.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered within budget and timelines.
  • Maintain campaign documentation and operational processes.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, platforms, and advertising technologies.
Required Qualifications
  • 1-4 years of experience in Campaign Management, Performance Marketing, Ad Operations, or Programmatic Advertising.
  • Understanding of CPM, CPC, CPI, CPA, CPL, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and attribution metrics.
  • Experience with DSPs, Ad Networks, Affiliate Platforms, or Mobile Advertising platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with platforms such as DV360, The Trade Desk, InMobi, Affise, Everflow, Impact, CAKE, Tune/HasOffers, or similar platforms.
  • Understanding of MMPs such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, or Singular.
  • Experience in Mobile App User Acquisition campaigns.
  • Knowledge of tracking, pixels, postbacks, and attribution.
