Digivana is a performance marketing and programmatic advertising company helping brands scale through Mobile User Acquisition, Programmatic Media Buying, Lead Generation, PPC, and Affiliate Marketing. We work with advertisers across Fintech, Gaming, E-commerce, Entertainment, Utility Apps, and other high-growth verticals.
Role OverviewWe are looking for a Campaign Manager to plan, execute, optimize, and report on digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing performance campaigns, coordinating with internal teams and partners, and driving campaign KPIs.
Key Responsibilities- Launch, monitor, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Programmatic, Mobile, Display, Video, Native, and Affiliate channels.
- Manage campaign setup, targeting, creatives, tracking links, and reporting.
- Monitor campaign performance and ensure delivery against client KPIs.
- Analyze campaign data and recommend optimization strategies to improve results.
- Coordinate with account managers, media buyers, publishers, and clients for smooth execution.
- Troubleshoot tracking, attribution, and delivery-related issues.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered within budget and timelines.
- Maintain campaign documentation and operational processes.
- Stay updated with industry trends, platforms, and advertising technologies.
- 1-4 years of experience in Campaign Management, Performance Marketing, Ad Operations, or Programmatic Advertising.
- Understanding of CPM, CPC, CPI, CPA, CPL, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and attribution metrics.
- Experience with DSPs, Ad Networks, Affiliate Platforms, or Mobile Advertising platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with platforms such as DV360, The Trade Desk, InMobi, Affise, Everflow, Impact, CAKE, Tune/HasOffers, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of MMPs such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, or Singular.
- Experience in Mobile App User Acquisition campaigns.
- Knowledge of tracking, pixels, postbacks, and attribution.
