Job Overview: We are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to handle our multi-channel social media presence across platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital storytelling, brand positioning, and engagement tactics for media brands.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase reach, engagement, and follower growth across platforms (YouTube, Instagram, X, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Plan and execute daily posting schedules in line with editorial and channel calendars.
• Collaborate with content and video production teams to repurpose content for digital distribution.
• Monitor social trends, conversations, and audience insights to enhance brand engagement.
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare monthly reports with actionable insights.
• Manage community engagement, respond to comments, messages, and audience queries.
• Support digital campaigns, contests, and collaborations with influencers and partners.
• Stay updated with platform algorithms, new features, and emerging trends.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
• 4-7 years of experience managing social media for a digital brand, news platform, or entertainment company.
• Strong understanding of analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills in English and Hindi.
• Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and storytelling.
Preference:
- Master's in Mass Communication, Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
- Handled Social Media and worked in Media & Entertainment background.
