Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Service Executive with experience in handling UAE inbound customer support. The ideal candidate should be fluent in both English and Arabic, possess excellent communication skills, and have prior experience managing inbound calls and email support for UAE customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls and emails from UAE clients in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and processes.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt issue resolution.
- Adhere to company quality standards and service level agreements (SLAs).
Mandatory Requirements
- 2-4 years of customer service experience.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a UAE inbound process.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (both spoken and written).
- Experience handling inbound calls and email support.
- Strong customer service orientation with problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working from the Andheri office, Monday to Saturday.
Preferred Candidate
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
- Prior experience in an international/BPO customer support environment is an advantage.
