Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement, configure, and support SAP ERP Customer Service (CS) solutions.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Configure and customize SAP CS functionalities, including:
    • Service Notifications
    • Service Orders
    • Service Contracts
    • Warranty Management
    • Repairs and Returns
  • Integrate SAP CS with SAP PM, SD, MM, FI/CO, and CRM modules.
  • Support end-to-end implementation, rollout, upgrade, and AMS projects.
  • Conduct system testing, UAT, defect resolution, and production support.
  • Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP developers for custom developments.
  • Provide end-user training and create functional documentation.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and recommend process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and business processes.
