About The Job:
- Looking for an End User Computing (EUC) Engineer to support and manage desktop environments, endpoint devices, and user support services.
- Provide desktop and end-user support.
- Manage devices using Microsoft Intune and SCCM/MECM.
- Perform patch management, software deployment, and OS updates.
- Package and deploy applications.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating system issues.
- Support device provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle management.
- Assist in managing VDI environments (Citrix/VMware).
- Ensure timely incident resolution and SLA compliance.
- Work with infrastructure and security teams to maintain a stable and secure environment.
Required Skills
- 3–6 years of experience in EUC/Desktop Support.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Microsoft Intune
- SCCM/MECM
- Patch Management
- Application Packaging
- Device Management
- Desktop Support & Troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Windows 10/11 administration.
- Exposure to Citrix and/or VMware VDI environments.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
