We are a PE-backed firm on our 10-to-100 journey, scaling exciting travel insurance, assistance, and value-added products. We come from organisations such as Citi, PhonePe, Tata Digital, and MakeMyTrip, and are incubated by one of India's leading B2B travel businesses.


We're looking for a creative, strategic, and execution-focused Marketing & Communications Specialist to join our team and drive product storytelling, campaigns, and Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives. This is a full-time, onsite role based in Mumbai. We offer a high degree of creative freedom, competitive pay and a collaborative, entrepreneurial work environment with ESOPs to every employee.


Key Responsibilities


Content & Communication

  • Create compelling copies, presentations, emailers, social media content, and video scripts
  • Ensure consistent messaging and brand communication across all touchpoints
  • Build content plans and communication calendars for campaigns and launches


Go-To-Market (GTM) & Product Launches

  • Support GTM planning and execution for new products, features, and campaigns
  • Develop launch communication plans across internal and external channels
  • Track campaign execution and identify opportunities to improve engagement and adoption


Creative & Campaign Management

  • Translate business and product briefs into creative requirements for designers
  • Manage end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns and communication initiatives
  • Explore new content formats and engagement strategies across digital platforms


Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Operations, Design, and Leadership teams to drive marketing and product growth initiatives
  • Manage multiple projects and stakeholders while ensuring timely execution and accountability


What We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in Marketing, Communications, Content, or Product Marketing
  • Strong interest in the travel as well as financial services industry
  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills
  • Experience managing social media and content calendars
  • Strong project management and stakeholder coordination abilities
  • A self-starter who enjoys building campaigns and driving business impact
