Are you someone who enjoys building brands, creating market awareness, generating demand, and helping scale innovative technology businesses?

We're hiring a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead marketing, brand strategy, demand generation, content, growth initiatives, partnerships, and market positioning for SkillsCapital, an AI-powered Talent Intelligence platform focused on helping organizations discover, evaluate, deploy, and scale technology talent globally.

This is not a traditional corporate marketing leadership role focused primarily on managing campaigns and agencies.

This is a builder's role.

A scale-up role.

An opportunity to help shape the future direction of a growing AI-native platform.

You will work directly with the founders and leadership team to build market awareness, strengthen positioning, create scalable demand generation systems, establish thought leadership, and support business growth across multiple international markets.

What You'll OwnMarketing Strategy & Brand Development

• Define and execute the overall marketing strategy

• Develop and strengthen brand positioning and messaging

• Build awareness across target customer segments and geographies

• Support long-term market expansion initiatives

Demand Generation & Growth

• Build and scale multi-channel demand generation programs

• Develop lead generation and customer acquisition initiatives

• Optimize marketing funnels and conversion journeys

• Support account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives targeting enterprise customers

• Improve marketing performance through experimentation and data-driven decision making

Content & Thought Leadership

• Develop content marketing and thought leadership strategies

• Collaborate with leadership and subject matter experts to create market-facing content

• Expand social media, SEO, and inbound marketing initiatives

• Build programs that strengthen brand credibility and industry visibility

Partnerships & Market Development

• Establish strategic partnerships and ecosystem relationships

• Support community-building initiatives and industry engagement

• Identify opportunities to strengthen market presence and customer reach

Analytics & Performance

• Build marketing reporting and performance measurement frameworks

• Track campaign effectiveness and customer acquisition metrics

• Use insights and data to improve marketing efficiency and business outcomes

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Work closely with sales, operations, customer success, and leadership teams

• Align marketing initiatives with broader business objectives

• Contribute to company growth strategy and market expansion efforts
