Location: Bengaluru

Work Mode: On-Site

Working Hours:

Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Salary: 3 – 4LPA

Phoenix Branding is a growing branding, marketing, and content production agency helping businesses build impactful brands through strategy, content, design, digital marketing, and creative campaigns.

We are looking for a highly driven Social Media Manager & Content Strategist who can take ownership of client brands, create growth-focused strategies, manage content execution, and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media and content strategies aligned with client goals.
  • Create content calendars, campaign plans, and brand messaging frameworks.
  • Manage multiple client accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
  • Plan content, write captions, scripts, and creative briefs.
  • Coordinate with designers, videographers, editors, and account managers for content execution.
  • Monitor trends, competitor activities, and platform updates.
  • Analyze content performance and prepare monthly reports with actionable insights.
  • Attend client meetings, present strategies, and manage client communications.
  • Contribute ideas for agency growth, campaigns, and lead generation initiatives.

Technical Skills Required

  • Meta Business Suite & Ads Manager
  • LinkedIn & YouTube Analytics
  • Google Analytics (GA4)
  • Canva (Advanced)
  • Adobe Creative Suite / CapCut
  • ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity & AI-powered marketing
  • Notion, ClickUp, Trello, Asana, Google Workspace
  • Basic understanding of SEO, paid ads, and marketing automation

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong content strategy and storytelling skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Understanding of branding, digital marketing, and consumer behavior
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • High ownership, accountability, and problem-solving mindset
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment

Preferred Experience

  • 2–5+ years in Social Media Management, Content Strategy, or Digital Marketing
  • Agency experience preferred
  • Experience managing multiple brands and campaigns
