Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Amazon Performance Marketing professional to lead marketplace growth through strategic advertising, campaign optimization, and data-driven decision-making. The role will be responsible for driving traffic, conversions, revenue growth, and profitability across Amazon while collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize brand visibility and market share.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end Amazon advertising strategy and execution across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, Video Ads, Amazon DSP, and AMC.
  • Manage and optimize advertising budgets to achieve revenue, ROAS, TACOS, and profitability targets.
  • Develop keyword, audience, and competitor targeting strategies to drive category share and brand visibility.
  • Analyze campaign performance and implement optimization levers to improve conversion rates, CTR, CPC, and customer acquisition efficiency.
  • Leverage Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) insights to build audience cohorts, measure attribution, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with category, content, and account management teams to improve listing quality, organic rankings, and overall marketplace performance.
  • Plan and execute key Amazon events such as Prime Day, Great Indian Festival, and category-specific campaigns.
  • Monitor competitive activity, category trends, and share-of-voice metrics to identify opportunities for market share growth.
  • Build dashboards and performance reports, presenting actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Drive experimentation through A/B testing of creatives, keywords, audiences, and promotional strategies.
  • Partner with Amazon teams and agency partners to unlock new ad products, beta opportunities, and growth initiatives.


Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • 4–7 years of experience managing Amazon advertising for D2C, FMCG, beauty, wellness, nutrition, or consumer brands.
  • Strong expertise in Amazon Ads ecosystem, including Sponsored Ads, DSP, and AMC.
  • Hands-on experience managing multi-million advertising budgets.
  • Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, or similar reporting tools.
  • Strong understanding of marketplace metrics, attribution models, and retail media best practices.
  • Experience scaling brands through marketplace growth and performance marketing.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.


Preferred Experience

  • Experience in Beauty, Wellness, Health Supplements, Nutrition, or FMCG categories.
  • Hands-on exposure to Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) and Amazon DSP.
  • Experience managing large-scale event campaigns and category expansion initiatives.
  • Familiarity with other marketplaces like Flipkart, Nykaa etc. would be an added advantage.
