Position: Program Manager
Location: UIDAI Technology Centre, BengaluruNumber of Positions: 1
Educational QualificationBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Technology, or related fields.Relevant certifications in program/project management (PMP, PRINCE2) preferred.
ExperienceMinimum 10+ years of experience with at least 2 years in program management roles.Experience managing innovation programs, government initiatives, or technology partnerships preferred.Building start up ecosystem and technology start ups Primary SkillsStrong project and program management capabilities.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Understanding of the innovation ecosystem and technology startups. Secondary SkillsFamiliarity with financial planning and compliance requirements.Data-driven decision-making and reporting proficiency.Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute program strategy and outreach.Manage candidate evaluation, selection, onboarding, and engagement.Coordinate across diverse stakeholders, including startups, Authorized Innovation Partners (AIPs), and government teams.Oversee compliance, fund disbursement, milestone validation, and reporting.Identify and mitigate program risks and escalations.
The Program Manager will lead and oversee the Scheme, driving strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and program governance. This role ensures alignment with UIDAI objectives, manages coordination with startups, academia, and industry partners, and monitors program progress and compliance.
