Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Junior Architect role based in Noida. The Junior Architect will assist in architectural design, including concept development, schematic layouts, and detailed drawings for architecture and interiors. Responsibilities include preparing CAD drawings, 3D models, and presentation boards, as well as supporting the production of construction documents and coordination sets. The role involves collaborating with senior architects, consultants, and vendors, participating in site visits, and helping to track project milestones and documentation. The Junior Architect will also support basic project management tasks, such as organizing design information and coordinating with project stakeholders under supervision.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into clear drawings and models.
• Ability to support Project Management activities, including coordination, documentation, and tracking timelines under guidance.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and basic presentation tools (e.g., Adobe Suite, MS Office).
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or an equivalent professional qualification from a recognized institution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn from feedback.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented studio environment.
• Knowledge of local building codes, materials, and construction practices in India is a plus.
