About Us Astaa Architects is a design-focused architectural practice specializing in thoughtful, context-driven residential and commercial projects. We are looking for a passionate, design focused and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our growing team and contribute to all stages of the design and execution process.
Key Responsibilities Assist in architectural design development and preparation of concept drawings.
Produce detailed working drawings and construction documentation.
Prepare 3D models and presentation materials.
Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and project stakeholders.
Conduct site visits and assist with project execution and supervision.
Ensure drawings comply with applicable building regulations and standards.
Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of sketchup, Lumion, D5 Render, or Photoshop is an advantage.
Strong design sensibility and attention to detail.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
experience on rhino or other parametric design software is an advantage
