Job Purpose:

The Digital Marketing division of Royal Enfield's Global Brand team is responsible for providing thoughtful, thorough and robust strategy for all digital touch-points (Web, Mobile, Search, Social,Display,and Video) and then executing those recommendations. The team leverages their expertise of each channel to make sure its recommendations are consistent, insight led and

innovative, and that in-channel performance and data integrity is maximized. You will be a part of this team with specific focus on platform analytics, optimisation and driving efficiencies for the brand’s digital efforts, supporting the team to build effective and efficient customer nurturing streams. You bring in experience of working data from various consumer touchpoints to build intelligence for effective communication and performance marketing. The role entails enhancing existing channels / projects such as Dealer Digitisation and Hyperlocal Marketing.You have a keen attention to details and have a good grip on the digital ecosystem and data driven marketing.

What you’ll do:

  • Be part of the Digital Marketing Team. Work for Hyperlocal Marketing for India and International markets.
  • Build Digital Storefronts for Royal Enfield Dealers - Microsites, WhatsApp engagement, deployment of Hyperlocal solution at Dealer level, work on integration with CRM and measure performance.
  • Optimise existing Google Business Profile , FB/IG pages and create fresh pages for newly appointed Dealers through platform partners.
  • Work closely with the Paid Media team to enable targeted campaigns and personalized messaging to local audiences.
  • Track lead quality and conversion performance.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams (Sales, After Sales, Accessories, Apparel and Brand Managers.) to brainstorm / capture / understand requirements for Dealer specific campaigns.
  • Conduct Platform Training for Business and Dealer teams by leveraging the LMS system.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, tools and industry trends related to chatbot development, hyperlocal marketing, and digital marketing as a whole.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and maintain an engaging online customer experience, ensuring the chatbot is aligned with brand standards and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with the content marketing team to develop and distribute engaging content through the chatbot, including product information, promotions and customer support.
  • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of chatbot functionality for Lead enrichment and Lead generation initiatives.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance, leveraging data and analytics to improve engagement, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the social media team to ensure integration and alignment between chatbot interactions and social media campaigns.
  • Measure and report on the performance of hyperlocal marketing campaigns and Chatbot use case, providing regular updates to management and stakeholders. Travel to regional offices and dealerships to discuss performance insight.
  • Stay informed about competitors' digital marketing activities and industry best practices, providing recommendations for improvements and competitive positioning.


What you'll bring:


Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on

paid campaigns and Chatbot deployment.

Strong understanding of hyperlocal marketing strategies and techniques, with a demonstrated

ability to execute targeted campaigns.


Qualification: B. Tech / Bachelor’s degree (Full Time)
