- Own and manage end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads for US & UK clients.
- Develop full-funnel acquisition strategies focused on ROAS, CAC, revenue growth, and profitability.
- Execute campaign planning, optimization, scaling, reporting, and budget management independently.
- Analyze campaign performance and derive actionable insights using data and analytics.
- Collaborate with creative, strategy, and client servicing teams to deliver exceptional results.
- Conduct competitor analysis, audience research, and testing frameworks for continuous improvement.
- Present campaign performance and growth recommendations confidently to internal stakeholders.
You are someone who:
- Has 5+ years of hands-on Performance Marketing experience .
- Has spent the majority of your career in a Performance Marketing Agency managing multiple client accounts.
- Has extensive experience handling US & UK B2C/D2C brands .
- Possesses strong expertise in Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads .
- Is comfortable managing high advertising spends with complete ownership.
- Thinks strategically while being execution-focused and highly analytical.
- Can work independently in a high-performance agency environment.
Added Advantage:
Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Amazon Ads, Microsoft (Bing) Ads, TikTok Ads, Shopify, GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, and advanced attribution models.

'14; You have 5+ years of core Performance Marketing experience .
'14; Google Ads is your strongest platform with deep hands-on expertise.
'14; You have significant experience running campaigns for US & UK B2C/D2C clients .
'14; Your background is predominantly from a Performance Marketing Agency , handling multiple client portfolios simultaneously.
'14; You enjoy the pace, accountability, and ownership that comes with agency life.
- Your experience is primarily in SEO, Organic Marketing, Content Marketing, or Programmatic Advertising .
- You have mostly worked in-house managing a single brand or internal marketing team.
- Your background is predominantly B2B lead generation .
- You are transitioning from Social Media Management, SEO, Affiliate Marketing, or other digital marketing domains without deep paid media expertise.
- You do not have strong hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads .
- You are looking for a role focused on branding rather than performance-driven growth.
