Role Overview

We are looking for a highly creative and strategic Content Expert who can shape and elevate our brand narrative across multiple digital channels. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about storytelling, content marketing, and AI-driven content strategies within the software development and technology consulting space.

As a Content Expert, you will create compelling, high-impact content that drives brand awareness, audience engagement, lead generation, and business growth. You will collaborate with marketing, sales, leadership, and external stakeholders to develop content that resonates with global audiences while aligning with modern SEO and AI search ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business goals and brand positioning.
  • Create and manage content calendars across blogs, websites, social media, email campaigns, whitepapers, case studies, and outreach initiatives.
  • Build and strengthen Unified Infotech‘s brand voice and thought leadership in the technology and software services space.

Content Creation & Storytelling

  • Produce high-quality content including:
  • Blog articles
  • Website copy
  • Whitepapers and eBooks
  • Case studies
  • Social media content
  • Email campaigns
  • Video scripts
  • Marketing collateral
  • Sales enablement assets
  • Translate complex technical concepts into compelling, audience-friendly narratives.
  • Craft persuasive copy that drives engagement and conversions.

Research & Market Intelligence

  • Conduct industry, competitor, and audience research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Analyze customer pain points and market demands to refine content strategies.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and digital marketing trends.

SEO & Content Optimization

  • Implement SEO best practices to maximize content visibility and organic reach.
  • Perform keyword research and content optimization to improve rankings and discoverability.
  • Monitor content performance and continuously optimize based on insights and analytics.

AI Search & Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)

  • Develop content optimized for AI platforms and LLM-driven search ecosystems.
  • Create content aligned with AI search experiences such as ChatGPT, Google AI Overview (SGE), and other generative search engines.
  • Structure content for both human readers and AI systems.
  • Apply Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and modern SEO practices to improve discoverability.
  • Conduct AI-driven content audits and refine strategies based on AI visibility and performance metrics.

Collaboration & Leadership

  • Work closely with marketing, sales, design, and leadership teams to create impactful campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver cohesive messaging.
  • Mentor and guide content team members to enhance writing quality and performance.
  • Participate in KPI reviews, training initiatives, and continuous skill development programs.

Analytics & Performance Measurement

  • Monitor content KPIs including traffic, engagement, lead generation, conversions, and AI search visibility.
  • Utilize analytics and AI tools to measure content effectiveness and optimize performance.
  • Generate actionable insights and recommendations to improve content ROI.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have

  • Bachelor‘s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in content marketing, content strategy, or B2B technology content.
  • Strong understanding of software development services and digital transformation.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Experience creating long-form and short-form content for multiple channels.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO principles and content optimization.
  • Ability to simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Preferred

  • Experience in IT Services, SaaS, or Software Development industries.
  • Familiarity with AI content tools and LLM ecosystems.
  • Understanding of Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and AI search ranking mechanisms.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar tools.
  • Experience managing content performance metrics and reporting.
