presence in Karnataka. The ideal candidate is someone who understands content storytelling,

audience psychology, and how to build scalable media engines.

Key Responsibilities

%CF; Oversee video shoots, editing, and overall production quality

%CF; Build engaging content formats that drive audience growth and leads

%CF; Monitor analytics and continuously improve content performance

%CF; Collaborate with marketing and performance teams to support campaigns

Requirements

%CF; 3+ years of experience in media/content roles within a startup environment

%CF; Experience managing a content or media team

%CF; Strong understanding of social media growth strategies

%CF; Fluency in Telugu and English

%CF; Expertise in content ideation and digital storytelling

%CF; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and execute quickly
