Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Motion Graphic Designer role based in Gurugram. The Motion Graphic Designer will create engaging motion graphics and animations for digital campaigns, social media, presentations, and branded content. Responsibilities include conceptualizing visual ideas, storyboarding, designing graphics, and producing high-quality animated assets that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. The role involves close collaboration with creative directors, copywriters, account managers, and video production teams to translate briefs into compelling visual stories. The designer will also be expected to stay updated on design trends, optimize assets for multiple platforms, and manage project timelines to meet deadlines.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Motion Design and Motion Graphics, with the ability to create polished, dynamic visual content.
- Hands-on experience in Video Production, including working with video formats, exports, and collaboration with editors.
- Proficiency in Graphic Design and Graphics, including layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy.
- Advanced proficiency in industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and similar software).
- Proven portfolio showcasing motion graphics work for digital, social, or marketing campaigns.
- Strong visual storytelling skills and the ability to interpret creative briefs into clear design concepts.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Design, Animation, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and openness to feedback and iterative improvement.
