Social Media Manager & Content Lead.

Punekar Cotton is looking for a creative individual with 1.5+ years of experience who can help us build a brand people love to wear and follow.

What You'll Do :

• Own and manage our Instagram and Facebook presence.

• Create monthly content calendars and ensure daily posting consistency.

• Develop content ideas that align with the brand and resonate with our audience.

• Stay on top of trends and leverage them to increase engagement and followers.

• Plan and oversee content shoots, ensuring smooth execution from idea to final output.

• Coordinate with designers, photographers, and editors to bring campaigns to life.

• Identify and collaborate with influencers and creators to improve brand reach.

• Work closely with the marketing team to provide content ideas that drive awareness and growth.

• Track content performance and continuously improve strategies based on insights.

Who We're Looking For :

• 1.5+ years of experience in social media, content strategy, or brand content roles.

• Someone who thinks from a brand perspective, not just posting for the sake of posting.

• Strong understanding of Instagram trends, reels, and audience growth strategies.

• Experience managing social media accounts end-to-end.

• Creative, proactive, and full of fresh ideas.

• Experience with fashion or D2C brands is a big plus.
