Job Description

Are you someone who can transform complex enterprise workflows into intelligent, scalable systems? We’re hiring a Chief Technology Officer (Co-Founder) to architect and scale the technology backbone of SkillsCapital — an AI-native Talent Intelligence and Enterprise Tech platform redefining how organizations discover, vet, deploy, and scale high-impact technology talent globally.

This is not a traditional CTO role focused only on engineering management.

This is a builder’s role. A systems thinker’s role. A scale-up role.

You’ll work closely with the founding team to scale and evolve an AI-native Talent Intelligence platform that is already built, live, and being used by clients across the U.S., U.K., Europe, and the Middle East.

Our core ecosystem — including the AI-Powered Talent Cloud, Deep Vetting Engine, intelligent matching systems, workflow automation infrastructure, and enterprise portals — is already operational and delivering real business impact.

We are now entering the next phase of growth: scaling the platform, deepening our AI and intelligence capabilities, accelerating automation, and building the technology foundation for global expansion at scale.

🎯 What You’ll Own
  • Lead the overall technology vision, architecture, and engineering strategy
  • Scale the AI-native Talent Cloud and intelligence ecosystem
  • Drive AI, LLM, automation, and workflow intelligence initiatives
  • Build scalable, secure, high-performance cloud infrastructure
  • Improve platform scalability, engineering velocity, and product reliability
  • Lead internal and external engineering teams
  • Work closely with product, delivery, sourcing, and leadership functions
  • Build systems and processes that support rapid but high-quality execution
  • Help shape long-term product and platform strategy

💰 Compensation Structure

This is a co-founder-level opportunity with significant long-term upside.
